My love for delicious food began on the Virginia Coast, in Virginia Beach Virginia, with a job at the seafood restaurant Captain Kidd’s Seafood. I became an adventurous eater and classically trained at the Culinary Institute of Virginia by two Master Chef’s, both from Europe. One from the United Kingdom and the other from Poland my ancestry.
Possessing a genuine gift for food preparation coupled with sincere enthusiasm for my craft. I am passionate about creating food that tastes great and that’s also very good for you.
